Skills and Working Approach
The vacancy highlights task orientation, attention to detail, teamwork and a self-driven approach. These are particularly relevant in a technical apprenticeship where training progress depends on following procedures, completing practical assignments and working safely with experienced artisans and site teams.
Qualification Outcome
Apprentices who successfully complete the programme requirements and pass the trade test can qualify as artisans in Boilermaking or Welding. The programme therefore has a clear technical outcome rather than functioning only as general work experience.
