The Scatec Graduate Programme is a corporate-wide initiative designed to ensure that all graduates across different business areas are developed to the highest standards of competency, performance, and professional conduct.

Over 24 months, you will experience:

• 24-month full-time programme based in Cape Town, South Africa
• Bi-annual progress reviews structured check-ins every six months to assess your development and growth
• Frequent and standardised competency assessments regular evaluations focused on measuring your skills and knowledge development
• Fit-for-purpose training targeted learning and development activities specifically designed to build the capabilities needed for your role and field
• Continuous buddy and mentorship support you will be paired with an experienced Scatec professional who guides and supports you throughout the full 24 months

• ✅ A completed, relevant university qualification in one of the fields listed above
• ✅ A strong academic record with a minimum cumulative average of 65% this is a firm requirement
• ✅ Must submit full academic transcripts and certified copies of qualifications
• ✅ Must have less than 24 months of full-time working experience this programme is for graduates who are new to the working world
• ✅ Must have a clear criminal record
• ✅ Must be a South African citizen

🎓 Education

A completed university degree in a relevant field is required. Both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications are accepted for the Engineering stream. A minimum cumulative academic average of 65% is required across all streams your academic transcripts must clearly reflect this average.
