Tsebo Facilities Solutions, part of the Tsebo Solutions Group one of Africa’s leading Integrated Workplace Management Solutions providers is looking for a motivated young South African to join their team in Pretoria as a Business Administrator Learner.

This is a 12-month learnership that combines structured theoretical learning with real, hands-on workplace experience inside a large, well-established African company. You will support the Tsebo Facilities Solutions team with day-to-day administrative tasks while building the professional skills needed for a long-term career in business administration.

Tsebo Solutions Group operates across a wide range of services including Catering, Facilities Management, Cleaning and Hygiene, Pest Control, Protection, Energy, Procurement, Workspace Design, Engineering, and Remote Camps. As a learner, you will be exposed to how a large, multi-service organisation operates from the inside giving you experience that goes far beyond a typical admin role.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Business Administrator Learner at Tsebo, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Filing & Record Management: Assist with organising, filing, and maintaining accurate physical and digital records within the office.
  • Communication: Read, interpret, and respond appropriately to both written and verbal communication from colleagues and clients.
  • Document Drafting: Draft simple but professional business documents including emails, forms, and meeting notes.
  • Problem-Solving Support: Assist the team in identifying and resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Policy & Procedure Compliance: Follow Tsebo’s organisational procedures, policies, and ethical standards at all times.
  • Team Participation: Actively participate as a team member in projects and daily operations, contributing positively to the team’s goals.
  • General Office Administration: Support the broader Tsebo Facilities Solutions team with any additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this learnership, you must meet all of the following:

  • Grade 12 (Matric Certificate) minimum qualification required.
  • ✅ Must be between 18 and 25 years of age.
  • ✅ Must be a South African citizen.
  • ✅ Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • ✅ Must be able to work under pressure and follow set procedures.
  • ✅ Must be willing to undergo and successfully pass criminal, ID, and qualification verification checks.

Education & Experience

  • Education: The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 / Matric Certificate. No tertiary qualification is required this learnership is specifically designed for young South Africans who have completed school and are ready to begin their professional journey in business administration.
  • Experience: No prior work experience is required; this is a fully entry-level learnership.
  • All business administration skills and knowledge will be developed throughout the 12-month programme.
  • Any previous exposure to office environments, customer service, or administrative tasks will be an advantage.
