This is not just any graduate programme. InfinityX is Deloitte’s flagship gateway into their Consulting Services business, which spans Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) and Technology & Transformation (T&T). As an InfinityX graduate, you will work on some of the most complex, high-impact business challenges facing South Africa’s biggest organisations from day one.

The programme brings together graduates from a wide range of degree backgrounds engineering, computer science, accounting, economics, law, psychology, actuarial science, AI, and more and deploys them across eight powerful consulting teams. The Eight Consulting Teams You Could Join

As an InfinityX graduate, you will be placed within one of the following eight specialised consulting teams based on your skills, interests, and degree background:

1. 📈 Strategy & Transactions
   Helps businesses grow by providing advice on strategy, M&A, valuations, and restructuring. You will work on strategic advisory and sustainability consulting.
2. 🛡️ Enterprise Risk Management
   Helps organisations reduce financial, regulatory, and operational risks using mathematics and statistics. You will work on risk modelling and financial crime prevention.
3. 🤝 Customer Team
   Uses technology and creativity to strengthen business-customer relationships. You will work on customer experience design and digital transformation.
4. 🔐 Cyber Team
   Helps clients protect digital assets and navigate cybersecurity threats. You will work on cyber strategy, threat assessment, and crisis recovery.
5. 🤖 Engineering, AI & Data Team
   Unlocks data potential using analytics, robotics, and AI. You will work on AI model development, machine learning, and data-driven solutions.
6. 💻 Enterprise Technology & Performance Team
   Modernises core operations in finance, supply chain, and IT. You will work on ERP implementation and digital transformation projects.
7. 💰 Finance Transformation Team
   Assists in modernising finance functions. You will work on finance function redesign, operational efficiency, and change management.
8. 👥 Human Capital Team
   Builds future-ready workforces by rethinking people strategies. You will work on organisational design, talent strategy, and workforce transformation.

Qualifications & Eligible Degrees

Deloitte welcomes applications from a wide range of backgrounds, including but not limited to:

• Engineering: All disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Software, etc.)
• BSc Degrees: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Data Science, AI, Robotics, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering.
• BCom Degrees: Accounting, Corporate Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Law/LLB, Marketing, Supply Chain Management.
• BA Degrees: Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, PPE Studies.
• Postgraduate: Financial Engineering, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or similar.

💡 Bonus: Proficiency in C#, Python, or SQL is a significant advantage for Technical teams.

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree required. Final-year students (completing by end of 2026) are encouraged to apply.
• Experience Limit: Candidates must have no more than two years of full-time work experience.
• Part-time, vacation work, or internships are acceptable.
