Chief Director: Human Capital Management:
- Manage full HR functions including recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee relations, labour disputes, and disciplinary processes.
- Lead wellness, training, and development programmes.
- Manage performance systems and compliance.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership.
Senior Organisational Design Practitioner:
- Conduct organisational design and structure analysis.
- Perform job evaluations and grading.
- Develop job descriptions and SOPs.
- Map and improve business processes.
- Provide technical OD support to departments.
✅ Qualifications & Education
General Requirements:
- South African citizenship.
- New Z83 Application Form (effective 1 January 2021).
- Detailed CV with references.
- Relevant qualifications and experience.
Minimum Education:
- Chief Director: NQF Level 7 Degree in HRM or Industrial Psychology.
- Senior Practitioner: 3-year Degree/Diploma in relevant field.

💼 Experience & Skills
- Chief Director: Minimum 5 years senior management experience.
- Senior Practitioner: 1–2 years experience in organisational design.
