- Perform day-to-day operations within the Dispatch and Receiving department to ensure efficient asset management
- Verify dispatched and received assets against picking lists to maintain inventory integrity
- Ensure all broadcast gear is properly barcoded, checked, and documented before dispatch
- Handle the handover of picked assets to clients and facilitate the return process
- Assist with loading gear into vehicles as required and maintain a tidy, organized workspace
- Monitor equipment for damages or discrepancies and escalate any issues to supervisors immediately
- Complete all necessary return documentation and ensure sign-offs from clients or their representatives
