- Develop and implement governance frameworks.
- Monitor and evaluate public entity performance.
- Manage financial oversight and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
- Provide strategic advice to executive management.
- Review budgets, strategic plans, and performance reports.
- Manage teams and departmental resources.
- Deliver policy and governance advisory services.
β Qualifications & Education
General Requirements:
- South African citizenship.
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Law, Finance, Accounting, Public Management, or Business Management.
- Minimum 5 years senior management experience.
- Strong knowledge of governance, finance, and public sector regulations.
Minimum Education:
- NQF Level 7 Degree in Law, Business Management, Public Management, Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
- Additional certifications (e.g., Nyukela Programme) required for senior roles.
