The Six Specialised Graduate Streams

As a KPMG graduate, you will be placed within one of the following specialized business units based on your academic background:

1. 📈 Management Consulting Graduate Programme
   The Mission: A premier, two-year rotational programme where graduates are leveraged across various consulting units to solve multi-faceted business challenges.
   You will work on: Strategy development, operational improvement, digital transformation, and large-scale organizational redesign.
   Target Qualifications: BSc in AI, Data Science, CS, or Maths; BEng (Civil, Mech, Chem, Industrial, Mining, or Mechatronics); BCom/BBusSci/MCom in Finance or Investment Management; BA/BDes/BFA in UI/UX, Digital Design, or Multimedia; BSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
2. 🛡️ Technology Risk Graduate Programme
   The Mission: Helping clients navigate the digital frontier by managing risks inherent in technology systems, ensuring data integrity, and bolstering cybersecurity.
   You will work on: IT audits, cybersecurity assessments, data privacy frameworks, and ensuring technology aligns with regulatory requirements.
   Locations: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban.
   Target Qualifications: BSc Computer Science / IT / Information Systems; BCom Informatics or B.IT; Internal Audit (Honours/PGDA) with a tech focus.
3. 🤝 Internal Audit Graduate Programme
   The Mission: Providing independent assurance that a company’s risk management and governance processes are operating effectively.
   You will work on: Evaluating internal controls, risk assessment protocols, and governance reporting for diverse industries.
   Locations: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban.
   Target Qualifications: BCom Honours in Internal Auditing (or strictly relevant postgraduate qualification).
